1. Subscription billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you retain access through the end of the current billing period.
3. Refunds
- General rule: No prorated refunds for unused time.
- First-time purchase exception: If requested within 7 days and no material use, we may offer a full refund.
- Service outage exception: If a verified outage exceeds 7 consecutive days, we may provide credits or refunds at our discretion.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend access while the dispute is resolved. Repeated chargebacks may result in termination.
5. Price changes
We may change pricing with advance notice. Changes apply to future billing cycles.
6. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Florida.
